Sample of Consulting Projects

  • Human Aid

    Area: Fundraising and Revenue Generation
    Year: 2021

Human Aid are a digitally accessible Non-Governmental Organisation For Everyone and Anyone. They create international aid campaigns when humanitarian crises erupt. They empower people to take immediate action whenever they care about a crisis. They help people in crises but also provide a powerful platform for members to experience personal development and purpose. 180 DC Edinburgh's project assisted Human Aid to activate more corporate partners by improving their outreach strategy.

  • The Yellow Bag Foundation

    Area: Market Analysis
    Year: 2021

The Yellow Bag Foundation makes cloth bags from cotton, jute and other eco - friendly materials for international brands. This creates fair earning opportunities and an enhanced self- esteem for the women while facilitating consumption of sustainable product. When the Yellow Bag foundation came to 180 DC Edinburgh they had a problem with their website engagement and lacked a strong social media presence, which impacted their market penetration and engagement with their services. Therefore 180 dcedinburgh was tasked with researching partnerships they could develop with similar sustainable
fashion companies and with organisations that support the sustainable fashion industry. Additionally, The YellowBag Foundation wanted 180DC Edinburgh to review the platforms used and find alternatives to promote and sell their products.

  • Lilypads

    Area: Data Framework
    Year: 2021

Lilypads began in 2018 after we discovered that many young students were being forced to engage in transactional sex in exchange for period products. Since their establishment, they have been committed to finding a solution by making their own reusable period pads. 180DC Edinburgh worked alongside Lilypads to strengthen their partner recruitment strategies and overall strategic management
