Sample of Consulting Projects

  • Givo

    Area: Startup
    Year: 2016

Givo aims to conduct a global launch of their application in mid-December 2016. Given this, they were interested in getting a better understanding of how they should design their launch plan, the steps they should take to ensure that they are a first mover in the market, and a competitive analysis of their market.

I was very impressed with this project team. The Indiana team was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. They are able to back up their research and recommendations with robust findings and reasoning.
  • Growing Places Indy

    Area: Wellness
    Year: 2016

Growing Places Indy was looking to expand their existing service offerings to create an additional revenue stream. Growing Places Indy hoped to diversify revenue sources from donations and grants to include additional revenue generating programs and services.

Our experience with 180 Degrees Consulting was spot on. The team we worked with communicated well, they were flexible with their availability and went the extra mile. Their attendance at the pilot class of the program they consulted on was very helpful.
