Sample of Consulting Projects

  • Habitat for Humanity

Area: Marketing & Public Relations Strategy
    Year: 2013

The 180 Degrees Consulting team was tasked with creating a comprehensive PR/Marketing campaign with templates that Habitat can continue to use in the future. This project includes researching the many different audiences Habitat communicates with and how best to reach them.

"Our experience was positive - there was minimal time commitment or work on our part and we wound up with some valuable suggestions. It was easy to participate and for a busy, small non-profit, that was key."
  • Challenge

    Area: Rebranding & Marketing Strategy
    Year: 2013

As Challenge refocused their social impact in helping people with any type of barrier, not just mental handicaps, they turned to 180 Degrees to assist them with rebranding and marketing strategy.

I have worked with several student groups, but my experience with this group has been one of the best. We had a couple of brief but effective information sharing meetings, and they ran with the project. They worked very well independently, taking initiative and doing a thorough job.
  • Ithaca College Center for Counseling and Psychological Services

    Area: Marketing & Rebranding
    Year: 2018

The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) a€œprovides short-term counseling to enrolled students who may benefit from intermittent and/or brief psychotherapy.a€ CAPS is located in the lower level of the Hammond Health Center at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. The services of CAPS include individual counseling, group counseling, same-day crisis services, and a variety of programs to promote mental health and wellness. Those working with CAPS are trying to advocate Ithaca College students and faculty to take a holistic approach to mental wellness and recognize the resources available beyond the doors of their office. As opposed to building a business for CAPS, they want to build awareness for the community. Having this understanding of CAPS, 180 Degrees Consulting was tasked with creating a cohesive brand image using digital and print. We also hope to give them the tools to promote mental health awareness on campus.
