Sample of Consulting Projects

  • Fachambulanz für Suchterkrankungen Diakonisches Werk Rosenheim e.V.

    Area: Strategy
    Year: 2019

The addiction advisory department of one of Germany's largest non-profit organizations, Diakonie, contracted us to devise a digital strategy and to generate digitalization ideas. Our client's key challenge was to reach more 18 to 35 year olds with their services, as this segment is particularly affected by negative trends including the Darknet.

Our project team delivered practical, creative ideas with specific implementation roadmaps tailored to Diakonie Suchtberatung, all advice based on statistical grounds.

The three main pillars of a successful digital future evolved around website, social media and digital customer service.

"I will recommend you (Rosenheim 180 branch) anytime to fellow NPOs - and work together on new projects"
  • Wings for Life

    Area: Strategy
    Year: 2019

Wings for Life is a non-profit foundation that supports research projects worldwide with the aim of finding a cure for paraplegic patients. To finance these research projects, a large part of the donations is raised through the annual Wings for Life Worldrun. In addition to event runs, it is also possible to take part in the Wings for Life Worldrun via so-called organized app runs.

Our project team was commissioned by Wings for Life to analyze how the attractiveness of organized app-runs can be increased. Based on this question the student consultants derived 9 essential questions, which were answered in a final report. According to this it was necessary to deal with both the existing app and the current advertising measures in depth.

"Working together with 180 Degrees Consulting Rosenheim was successful, easy and huge fun. The team analyzed perfectly our soft spots and came up with creative and solid ideas to solve it."
Marco Gröbner, Head of Marketing Wings for Life World Run
  • Benedetto-Menni-Nest

    Area: Strategy
    Year: 2020

Finding a suitable environment for young people with disabilities imposes a great challenge for those affected. Benedetto-Menni-Nest (named after Saint Benedict Menni who supported the rights of the disabled) aims to even those odds. The non-profit foundation provides living communities for young disabled people in Aschau, southern Germany.

The task for our consulting team was to evaluate Benedetto-Menni-Nest‘s current fund raising strategy.
Our team presented an in-depth analysis of available fundraising methods including both regional and international fundraising platforms. The team went on to gave insight into marketing strategies that are focused on visibility for the local NPO in rural Bavaria.
