Business Education Partnerships is a non-profit with the goal of providing high school students guidance to find the career best suited for them.
BEP was looking for efficient ways in which they could efficiently spend the money their organization receives.

For the first project, the 180DC Consultants produced an in-depth analysis of the current costs BEP was incurring, conducted research detailing alternative services that would incur lower costs and completed a risk assessment on each alternative.

For the second project, BEP was looking to solidify and systematize the way they engaged with corporate donors. To achieve that, 180DC identified potential local corporate donors, identified key individuals to approach within those potential donor organizations, and provided engagement strategies to attract them to donate to BEP.

  • Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation

    Area: Grants
    Year: 2019

Through their pilot program called, On The Table, KWCF and Cambridge and North Dumfries Community Foundation (CDNCF) hoped to understand what topics were of the most importance to individuals across the Waterloo region.

The On The Table event was held between September 27 – 29.
KWCF and CNDCF achieved their goal of hosting 25 sites as part of the On the Table pilot. These events were hosted by interested community members across the Waterloo region.

180 Degrees Consulting Waterloo first made changes to the existing ‘Take Action’ worksheet that KWCF had created. This was then shared with the hosts of each On the Table session.

Then, the Consultants created a form to gather feedback from the hosts. After the sessions had been completed, consultants reviewed the data collected and formulated a report to identify what issues matter to individuals across the Waterloo region.
