Cardiff University

Founded in 2025, 180 Degrees Consulting Cardiff is the first Welsh branch in the global network. We partner with charities, social enterprises, and community organisations across Cardiff and South Wales to help them expand their impact through practical, evidence-based consulting. Our consultants are high-performing students from a range of disciplines who work in small teams to deliver structured consulting projects for local organisations. Recent projects have focused on challenges such as increasing community engagement, improving youth participation, strengthening outreach strategies, and supporting sustainable organisational growth. At the same time, the branch aims to equip Cardiff students with hands-on consulting experience and professional development opportunities. Through training, mentorship, and real client work, consultants develop analytical, strategic, and leadership skills while contributing to organisations that are creating positive change in their communities.
