- We identified 7-8 of the largest mediators in the Indian market and connected our clients with them to start the field assessment and due diligence process - Streamlined and Initiated the application process for our client with one of the leading philanthropies backed by Ashish Dhawan and started communication with the same - Identified 5 channels and 40 approachable contacts of HNIs or their office through either the IIT Network, or other online channels and organization boards - Recommended setting up a Give India retail fundraising page in order to boost credibility of the organization as that is highly valued in the Education Space - Suggested key changes to their HNI/CSR Pitch deck after a thorough understanding and expert interactions with more than 15+ established professionals in NGO fundraising - Prioritized and recommended philanthropy advisories/mediators and retail fundraising channels on the basis of 5 metrics like credibility, application process, and provided a go-ahead action plan
-Initiated conversations and application process with 3 key philanthropy advisories to get Project DEFY added to their repository for HNIs to select. - Set up Give India fundraising page for credibility and visibility as per the market standard. - Devised a knowledge model to carry out and continue making the HNI repository after the engagement is over and looped in their fundraising associate on the same.
