The Global Leadership Team (GLT) is the body that leads and manages the work of 180 Degrees Consulting around the world. This includes supporting existing 180 Degrees branches, helping new branches to get established, facilitating collaboration between branches, ensuring consulting quality, measuring the social impact of 180 Degrees worldwide, improving our systems and processes so we can scale and expand our impact, and making crucial strategic decisions about the future of the organisation. Our recruitment process is designed to identify candidates who not only bring the skills and experience needed, but also the passion, curiosity, and collaboration that drive impact in a global, volunteer-based organisation.

In the first round, you’ll meet someone from our People & Culture Team. We want to get to know you; not just your background, but how you think, what drives you, and how you collaborate. It’s also your chance to learn more about the GLT and ask questions about the role and experience.
If selected, you’ll complete a technical task that reflects real challenges in the role you’re applying for. This helps us understand how you approach problems, prioritize, and communicate. You’ll then present your solution in a second interview with a relevant team lead. (If you have any learning needs, or personal circumstances that may affect how you complete the task or interview, please feel free to let us know — we’re committed to making the process as fair and supportive as possible.)
In this final step, we focus on values and team fit. You’ll meet one of our executive members to explore how your working style and mindset align with our culture. This is your opportunity to show how you’d contribute to a diverse, fully remote team and how our mission inspires you.
