Mercy Ships, an international charity that provides free medical care to people in developing countries, approached 180DC with a challenge to improve their financial sustainability by tailoring the donor experience with country-specific insights and content.
Our team collaborated across three countries to conduct competitor benchmarking and a gap analysis of UI/UX features, as well as develop a localised marketing strategy. Based on this analysis, we provided recommendations for search engine optimization, website design, and social media strategy to improve Mercy Ships' donor experience and increase regular donations.
