180DC Indonesia Foundation Takes Shape at Summit 2025

Jakarta, Indonesia - What happens when all eight 180DC branches across Indonesia gather in one room? You get ideas flying, collaboration blooming, and a renewed sense of purpose. That’s exactly what unfolded at the Indonesia Summit 2025—a important mark for 180DC Indonesia’s growth story.

The Summit was more than an exchange of updates. It was a time to reconnect, realign, and dream big about what was possible together. With full representation from UGM, UI, ITB, IPB, UNDIP, UB, ITS, and UNAIR, the meeting brought unity among cross-universities and laid the stage for more in-depth, long-term collaboration. One representative from the Global Leadership Team (GLT) joined as well, bridging Indonesia's local mission with 180DC's worldwide network.

A highlight of the evening was the breakout session, where members from different branches formally announced the beginning of the 180DC Indonesia Foundation. The 180DC Indonesia Foundation is an initiative to facilitate the legal recognition of 180DC branches across Indonesian universities, since each campus has different policies. It also aims to support inter-branch collaboration and accelerate partnerships with big companies to reach better visibility and open up career opportunities for students across the country.

What started as a concept quickly turned into a shared vision, shaped by diverse perspectives and united by a common goal: building a stronger and  more connected 180DC branches in Indonesia.

Farah Dinnisa, one of 180 Degrees Consulting's Global Operations Specialists, described the event was a great step in the right direction for the future of 180DC in the APAC region, saying that “the summit was not just about syncing updates, it’s about building something we can’t build alone.”
