The 180 Degrees Consulting Waterloo branch is run by passionate students from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. Founded in 2018, the branch continues to attract students of diverse educational backgrounds. Through our universities’ co-op (work/study) program, many of our volunteers have backgrounds in consulting, accounting, finance, project management, engineering, and more. Our vision is to create significant social impact by enabling the most capable university students to develop sustainable solutions to challenges faced by socially conscious organizations. Our branch values individual empowerment, professionalism, high performance, and collaboration. Our branch operates on 4-month cycles, with approximately 20+ members each cycle. Since our founding, we have provided services to 30+ socially conscious organizations across 5+ countries in the world. We provide a variety of consulting services such as revenue generation, operational efficiency, marketing strategy, and more.
